The x-height-to-cap ratio is 0.93, up from 0.75 in the Latin source, matching the requested near-cap lowercase direction.
Both upstream sources use SIL OFL 1.1. The derivative is renamed and explicitly marked as unofficial; source licences and pinned SHA-256 values are retained.
Regular TTF + WOFF2, spacing/kerning pass, specimen, build source, QA report and two revision rounds. Proposed milestone: 0.45 XMR after scope acceptance.
